Visa Fees

Dear Applicants, Travel Agents and Representatives, please view the revised visa fee and service charges applicable :

The above mentioned visa fees to be paid only by Cash or Debit/Mada Card.

Note: Exemption of Visa Fee for a child is applicable if the child's age is less than 6 years at the date of submission.

Note: Countries with a visa facilitation agreement with the European Union and children between the ages of 6-11 years. The Schengen visa fee amounts to SAR 152.00 , for nationals of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cape Verde, Georgia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine.

BLS International Service charge

Applicants applying at the Spanish visa application Centre shall be levied a service charge of SAR 74.00 + 15% VAT = SAR 85.10 payable in cash. Children under 6 are exempted from service charge.

• The applicable Visa Fee in Saudi riyal is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice

Note: We regret we cannot accept photographs that do not meet these requirements

Please provide two recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself, which should not have been used previously in the passport. The photograph should be in color and:

• Taken against so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background. Change to: - Taken against white background so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
• Clear share quality and with the face in focus.
• Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
• Full face, non-smiling [without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background]
• Please stick the Photograph on the Visa Application Form.

Note: Please follow these instructions carefully. If photographs presented do not meet these requirements your application will be considered incomplete. A photo booth meeting these requirements is available at the centre..

Processing Time

Applications are resolved as soon as the system allows it and kindly note that contacting the Embassy will not speed up the process

The  applications will be processed within a certain duration; the period may be extended in cases, notably when further scrutiny of the application is needed or in cases of representation where the authorities of the represented Member state are consulted.

Exceptionally, when additional documentation is needed in specific cases, the period may be extended.
